Lady Ravens garner post-season awards
Two Lady Ravens were named to the KJCCC All-Conference Team following the 2009-2010 season. Sophomore Tasha Cannon was named to the second team and sophomore Sheay Longstaff was selected as honorable mention. Cannon led the Ravens in scoring and rebounding, averaging 11.2 points and 9.4 rebounds per game. Longstaff averaged 9.6 points per game and shot 39.4% from the three-point line (71-for-180) this past season. Cannon was also named to the Region 6 All-Tournament Team. Cannon scored 24 points and grabbed 22 rebounds in two region tournament games.

Several players from 2009-2010 team to continue careers at four-year schools
So far, five Red Raven basketball players have signed letter-of-intents with four-year institutions.
Britnee Foster inked with Pittsburg State. Foster has played the past two seasons for Coffeyville. Last season, Foster averaged 6.6 points and 4.3 rebounds per game for Coffeyville. In her two year career at Coffeyville, Foster played in 64 games helping lead the Ravens to a 50-14 cumulative record.
Erin Boyd-Redmond signed with Central Missouri State. Boyd-Redmond transferred to Coffeyville last season from Chipola (Fla.) Junior College. Boyd-Redmond averaged 8.8 points per game and led the Ravens with 72 assists in 32 games played.
Tasha Cannon signed with Newman University in Wichita. Cannon, a transfer from Monroe College (N.Y.), was a second team All-Conference selection for Coffeyville in 2009-2010. Cannon led the Ravens in scoring and rebounding, averaging 11.2 points and 9.4 rebounds per game. Cannon was selected to the All-Region 6 Tournament Team in March.
Sheay Longstaff signed with the University of Maine. Longstaff, a sophomore guard, was an honorable mention All-Jayhawk Conference selection in 2009-2010. Longstaff averaged 9.6 points and made 71 of 180 three-point attempts for Coffeyville last season, and also shot 77% from the free throw line. Longstaff was tied for second on the team with 35 steals.
Also signing was Keshia Primo. Primo, a transfer from the University of Buffalo with three years of eligibility remaining, signed with Southern Connecticut. Primo averaged 6.7 points per game last season for the Ravens and led the team with 22 blocks.
Arienne Smith was a late summer signee with Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri. In 31 games last season, Smith averaged 8.2 points per game. As a freshman in 2008-2009, Smith averaged seven points per game while shooting 54% from the field. Smith is a Junction City, Kansas, native.
